2. What the website is for
You may use this website to learn about Causewayz Square @ JBCC, request information, or arrange a viewing. Sending an enquiry or WhatsApp message does not reserve a unit or form a purchase agreement. Any purchase is governed by the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed with the developer.
3. Prices, plans and project information
Prices, availability, layouts, dimensions, specifications, facilities, packages and completion dates can change. “From” prices are indicative and are not a quotation. Floor plans, maps, photographs, renders and illustrations may be artist’s impressions; sizes and details must be confirmed in the current sales documents and SPA. The SPA and applicable approvals prevail if information differs.
4. No promise of rental income or returns
Nothing on this website guarantees occupancy, rental income, investment yield, resale value or capital appreciation. If short-stay management is available, fees, owner use, services and settlements are governed by a separate operator agreement. Review that agreement before deciding.
5. Infrastructure and nearby places
Distances and journey times are approximate and depend on route, traffic and checkpoint conditions. Project information describes an approved covered link bridge towards CIQ; approval does not mean it is completed or open. Confirm its current status and access arrangements before relying on it. Future transport projects and opening dates are subject to the relevant authorities.
6. Foreign buyers and independent advice
Foreign-purchaser eligibility, minimum prices, state consent, levies and stamp duties are determined by current laws, state rules and land conditions. Confirm your eligibility and total acquisition cost with the developer’s solicitors and your own lawyer. Obtain independent legal, tax, financing and financial advice before committing. Loan approval and terms depend on the lender.
7. Payments and enquiries
This website does not accept payments. Follow only the payment instructions in the developer’s SPA and official booking documents. By submitting an enquiry, you ask Jun Xian to respond about this project using the contact details you provide. Details about personal data handling are on the PDPA & Privacy Policy page.
8. Use of the website
Please provide accurate information and do not use the site to submit spam, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, or upload unlawful or harmful material. Access may be restricted where misuse is detected.
9. Images, embedded services and ownership
Project names, plans, renders and other project materials belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Videos, the lead form, WhatsApp and the 360° tour may be provided through embedded services that have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability and operation are outside this website’s control.
10. Changes, responsibility and governing law
Website content and these terms may be updated as project information changes. The website is provided for general information and is not professional or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, Jun Xian is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on information that has changed, is incomplete, or is unavailable. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Malaysian law applies to these terms.
