Please verify a storey-count discrepancy. The APDL reference page lists 63 / 46 / 46 storeys for Towers A / B / D. The existing tower cards on this website use the earlier project brief figures of 62 / 56 / 56. These figures have not been reconciled here. Ask for the original current permits and have the developer confirm which descriptions should be used; the permit documents and SPA control.
How to verify
Request a copy of the developer’s licence and the advertising and sales permit for the specific tower. Compare the tower name, permit number, validity dates, approved plan, unit count, storey count and price range with the original documents. Ask your solicitor to review land conditions and encumbrances before signing.
